Harmony Gardens Memory Care
At Harmony Gardens, our memory care neighborhood provides a welcoming, secure setting designed for those living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Residents enjoy private apartments, daily housekeeping, laundry service, three freshly prepared meals each day and snacks served in the central dining and living area. A community kitchen offers opportunities to participate in familiar routines, creating a homelike atmosphere.
Individualized Care
Every resident receives an individualized care plan, guided by our registered nurse, to meet their unique needs. Our specially trained memory care staff are on site 24 hours a day, building relationships by learning each person’s story and supporting them in meaningful ways. Specialized activities encourage residents to stay engaged, retain life skills longer and celebrate daily successes.

Harmony Gardens offers a continuum of care, including outpatient therapy at the Rehab Center next door. The Health Care Center also provides short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, if needs change.
